Notes:
• Authors £º At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference by Jan. 21, 2008, otherwise the paper will not be included in neither the proceedings nor the conference program.
• Registration Cancellation Policy £º Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration but can nominate an alternative person to present their paper. Other delegates receive a 50% refund on cancellation before January 20, 2008 , and a 20% refund on cancellation before February 7, 2008 . Registrant requests for refund of registration fee will be considered if a written request is sent postmarked. No refunds can be issued for requests postmarked after the deadline of registration - March 1st, 2008.
