Instruction for the poster presentation.

For each poster paper, an A0 size poster board will be provided. Its physical size is: length: 1.2m, width: 0.9m by which I mean, the height is 1.2m.
So, the board is vertically long rather than horizontally long. Those who do not have an A0 printer can configure (at most) 16 A4 size papers(PPT slides) to fill the space. Please refer to the poster paper list in which you will find the ID of your poster which will be put on each poster board.
You only bring your poster with you. Other necessary stuff will be available on site.
